Eligibility Requirements
- Ohio Resident
- Student Driver must be between 15 1/2 to 20 years old
- Posses a valid Ohio Temporary Permit
- Demonstrate financial need (MUST provide proof of SNAP eligibility dated within the last 12 months). Note: A screenshot of your portal, copy of eligibility documents are all acceptable so long as it shows the name(s) and date of eligibility. The ESC reserves the right to verify SNAP eligibility with your case manager.
- If student driver is under 18, parents must complete ODPS/OTSO's online Parent Orientation and submit completion certificate
- If awarded, sign a written agreement accepting the scholarship funds. The agreement can be reviewed HERE.
